2-night minimum

Off-season month-to-month leases are available -- call
for rates and details.
Cabin
Reservations are confirmed by 50% deposit of all fees
due; the
remainder is due upon arrival. Exception: special
quotations such as family reunions, church retreats and
corporate off-site meetings. Remainder is due 30 days
prior to arrival.

Checks accepted (Will be held 14 days after receipt before
confirmation.)

Damage/Cleaning
Deposit
We
ask that you assist us by taking all your personal food
items with you, gathering the linens and towels into one
area, emptying the trash and washing/drying/putting away
the dishes you have used.
$100
deposit for unusual cleaning, damage or cottage articles.
Having noted no unusual damage or cleaning
challenges, we will mail your deposit within 7 working
days.
(Smoking in cottages will forfeit total damage/cleaning
deposit)
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your cabin reservation 15 days
or more before your arrival date, you will be refunded
your total reservation deposit minus $100.
If
you need to cancel your cabin reservation within fewer
than 15 days of your arrival date, you will forfeit
your total reservation deposit.
No
Refunds Due To Weather.
Restrictions
Parents are advised to monitor young children on the loft ladder.
Pets
Pets allowed upon approval of proprietor. $45 fee per pet
Taxes
5 % County Tax; 8 ½% State Tax
Smoking
Policy
No smoking allowed in cabins. Containers are provided on
porches.
(Please do not dispose of cigarette remains on the grounds
or driveways.)
Supplies, Equipment & Cleaning
Cottages are fully cleaned and fully equipped for your
comforts with bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies
and equipment before your arrival. Maid services will not
be provided during your stay. (If you have special needs,
please tell us during our reservation conversation.)
Requirements
Upon Departure (condition of deposit)

Put
all trash in plastic bags, place it in the trash
containers located behind each cabin and tighten
down the lid.

Wash
all your dishes, dry them and put them away.

Gather
the sheets and towels together and place them in one
location.
